It’s got great road manners and feels planted on highways and urban roads alike. The infotainment is user-friendly, though the overall dashboard design feels a bit outdated. Still, it offers a reassuring drive, especially when paired with great visibility and responsive handling. This car makes you feel in control, which is exactly what you want during daily commutes or longer weekend getaways.

Initially, I had my doubts about getting another SUV, but this one changed my perspective. It's smooth, balanced, and gives me the space I need for family and gear. Fuel consumption is slightly higher than I expected, especially in city traffic, but its off-road capabilities, comfort, and commanding view of the road make up for that entirely.

Owning the 2004 Jaguar XF has been quite an experience. It is fuel-efficient for its class, saving money on long trips. However, it could use better noise insulation for a quieter cabin.. Overall, if you're looking for a sporty vehicle that suits long road trips, the Jaguar XF is a good option.
