Parkin has officially integrated multiple permit services into its unified application to streamline the entire parking experience for everyone. This new initiative provides free parking for several key groups, including Emirati residents and the senior citizen community.

Digital Access to Free Parking

The latest update introduces a residence permit that allows Emiratis to link up to five vehicles for one year. This specific benefit applies to public zones within a 500-meter radius of the registered home address. 

Senior Emiratis now receive three years of Free Parking across all public zones in categories A through D. These digital permits ensure residents do not have to worry about manual payments or physical windshield stickers.

People of determination also benefit significantly from these enhancements, with permanent permits valid for up to 3 years. These permits can be linked to five different vehicles to ensure mobility is never a challenge for the family. 

Tourists with disabilities are eligible for short-term access for up to 60 days during their visit to the emirate. Parkin‘s inclusive approach ensures that every segment of the community can navigate the city with ease.

Business Wallets and Smart Mobility Tools

Beyond residential benefits, Parkin has launched a specialized wallet to help organizations manage their employee and visitor parking fees. This digital solution allows businesses to centralize all payments and set specific time limits for their registered corporate vehicles.
