The striking, carbon-bodied Brabus Bodo hyper-GT has officially broken cover as a premium, million-euro homage to the company’s legendary founder. Revealed to the global elite at the FuoriConcorso on Lake Como, this impressive 2+2-seater looks like a modern-day superhero vehicle built for the road. 

Unlike traditional Brabus projects, the Bodo is based on Aston Martin Vanquish underpinnings, creating an ultra-exclusive masterpiece for elite collectors.

A Legacy Forged in Carbon

The story of this vehicle traces back to 1977, when founder Bodo Buschmann launched a lifelong pursuit of automotive excellence. He consistently demanded large, unapologetic grand tourers that refused to compromise on presence, raw power, or everyday high-class cruising comfort. 

To honor his vision, engineers constructed the bespoke carbon-fiber bodywork in advanced autoclave facilities, resulting in a vehicle standing a remarkably low 130 centimeters tall. 

This lightweight construction significantly reduces unsprung mass, while a prominent central high-speed fin on the trunk lid improves straight-line stability at high speeds.

Squeezing Elite British V12 Muscle

Beneath the sculpted carbon bodywork lies a heavily modified 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 engine sourced from the new Aston Martin Vanquish. Brabus added an advanced RAM-AIR airbox system, dual high-performance turbochargers, and an optimized fuel-injection setup to maximize overall thermal efficiency. 

Power is delivered to the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission, with an electronically controlled differential offering 100% locking capability. A titanium exhaust system, manufactured using advanced 3D metal printing, exits through vertically stacked rectangular tailpipes to deliver an unfiltered acoustic signature.

Step inside the custom upholstery workshop doors, and an immaculate, driver-focused Masterpiece environment welcomes you, finished in deep black. The interior combines fine, smooth black leather with black Nubuck leather, highlighted by high-gloss “Shadow Gray” trim pieces across the cockpit. 

Passengers sit in contoured seats featuring bespoke “Shell” quilting, embossed “Double-B” logos, and the embroidered signature of Bodo Buschmann himself. Owners receive a blockchain-based Digital Product Passport integrated into the luggage compartment, securing undisputed documentation of vehicle authenticity, build specifications, and ownership history.

Monoblock Weaponry and Track Dynamics

To maintain absolute composure at track speeds, the coupe rides on 21” Monoblock Z-GT “Shadow Edition” lightweight forged wheels. These center-lock style wheels feature 20 intricate spokes, wrapped in bespoke Continental SportContact 7 Force high-performance rubber for optimal cornering grip. 

The suspension pairs a double-wishbone front layout with a multi-link rear axle, controlled by 5 distinct driver-selectable electronic modes. An integrated hydraulic lift system can raise the front and rear axles by 25 millimeters to safely clear steep obstacles.

Seven-Figure Reality and Value Retention

The Brabus Bodo will command a price tag well north of a million euros before local and regional taxes and customs duties. With global production capped at just 77 total units, regional allocations for the Middle East are expected to be competitive.

This coach-built hyper-GT could attract strong collector demand due to its rarity and founder-linked positioning. Because the annual production will be limited to 10-15 cars, secondary market interest will likely remain resilient.
